Fix TabControl styles (#2779)

* continue fix

* delete useless card

* demo + fix custom with not filled tab

* demo finishing touches

* Fixed issue with missing PrimaryLight multitrigger

Fixed failing UI test, and updated relative source bindings to target TabControl directly
