Include the getting started extensions in dbt-get-started

There are a few extensions to the getting started guide that could be "dbt-ified" in the dbt-get-started demo.

Per Marta:

The extensions can be added, but need to be properly tagged so the project doesn’t become a big mess and you can still run each use case separately.
