Benchmarks?

Just out of curiosity, did anyone ever tried to compare ed25519-blake2b and standard ed25519-sha512? It feels like since the api here is similar to python-ed25519 it would be relatively easy to benchmark them both...

There's a speed command in setup.py to benchmark the library.

Here's what I'm getting for the BLAKE2b version when running on a R7 1800X:

running speed
generate: 412.77us
sign: 820.26us
verify: 1.40ms

and for the original SHA512 version:

running speed
generate: 1.39ms
sign: 1.40ms
verify: 4.77ms
