BUG: The number of parallel connections is not displayed

Expected behavior:
The number of parallel connections should be displayed correctly.
Actual behavior:
The number of parallel connections is not visible. To change it, you have to click on a very small area and blindly type in the value.
How to reproduce:

1. Open NekoBox settings.
2. Scroll to the bottom to the "Connectivity test URL" item.
3. Tap on this item.
4. Observe the parallel connection selection area.

   The issue is present in all versions of NekoBox; no specific error logs are available as this is a UI/UX bug.
