dse disabling detection

Issue description

I've been using your project for a long time to load my kernel bridge between my DLL and the Rust process. Everything worked fine, but just today I disabled DSE, loaded the driver, enabled DSE, and then tried to open Rust. EAC gave an error (DSE disabled), even though Windows thinks DSE is enabled. I can't understand what the problem is

You don't need to load the driver to repeat. Even if you simply disable and enable DSE, EAC will somehow think it's still disabled.
