No binary layout specification

Unless I'm missing something, there doesn't seem to be any information regarding the structure of the binary RPC messages. This is perhaps the most important part of any RPC message system as without it, other implementations cannot be made.

Technically there is a specification of the NymphRPC binary message format, only it's primarily on paper, dating back to the original design phase years ago. I'll endeavour to create a digital version in the repository soon :)

I have added an initial protocol specification to the doc folder. It should be enough to get anyone started with developing an implementation.
