Consider implementing control of SIP calls using actors (children of sip_server) #28
Description
Currently, sip_server takes care of all SIP message handling.
Maybe it would be better to implement them as actors and have them communicating with the resource workers:
call <=> resource_worker (speechsynther, speechrecog)
