Update issue details in issue page dynamically

Currently when we are at an issue page, if someone else updates the issue we just add a journal ("a note") to the issue indicating the change.
However, we should also update the issue details dynamically in the issue page

This is already doable by using https://github.com/Ilogeek/redmine_issue_dynamic_edit
What is missing is to integrate it with redmine_rt so that it reacts to issue update events and suppress journal update (as it will be done by redmine_rt and currently it is duplicated when both plugins are present).
I checked the redmine_issue_dynamic_edit code and it seems to be simple to do so after
Ilogeek/redmine_issue_dynamic_edit#110
is accepted I will work on this.
