Composer seems to normalize the shapes

Modpack : MeatballCraft prerelease-0.18.3-hotfix3
RFTools : 1.12-7.73

I used a torus shape and a substracted box shape to cut the half of the torus, but for some reason the result in the composition is much smaller than my original torus.
It seems like the shapes get normalized whenever they get used in a composer.

I have the same issue when trying to make a potato shape :

The end result is not the same.
Is this normal behavior ?
