Section 1: Usage Rights
S1, R1 - General Usage Restrictions

Media Usage:
All media included within this project, including but not limited to images, audio files, and other content, is free to be used, redistributed, and distributed. You may incorporate, modify, and share the media in any manner you wish. However, any form of redistribution or repurposing should be in accordance with the terms specified in this license.

Profit Restriction:
The system is not allowed to be profited from. This includes any form of direct or indirect monetization of the project. You may not charge users for access to the software, its media, or any derivative works created from this system. This restriction extends to any usage of the system or media that would lead to profit generation, either through advertisements, premium features, or any other financial means.

Open Source & Self-Hosting:
The entire system is open-sourced and may be freely self-hosted by users. You are welcome to host and modify the system as per your requirements, but there are certain restrictions to ensure the integrity and authenticity of the project.

Branding and Identity Restrictions:
The system cannot be branded, named, or associated with any of the following entities or brands:

Zwrks

LNWK (Laurel Network)

FiveM Database (5MDB)

Any other company operated under Nexoradata Limited

Any attempt to associate or represent this system under these names or organizations is strictly prohibited, as these brands and their operations are not affiliated with this project. This includes but is not limited to creating derivative works with these names, or falsely advertising the project as part of these companies.

Section 2: Contributions
S2, R1 - Code Contributions

Open Contributions:
Contributions to the system in the form of code, bug fixes, features, and other improvements are welcome. Any contributions made to the project must comply with the terms and conditions of this license. By submitting a contribution, you agree that your code will be licensed under the same 5DB-CDN License.

No Ownership:
Contributors to the project acknowledge that by contributing, they do not retain any rights to the underlying codebase. The code, once submitted, becomes part of the open-source project and will be subject to the licensing conditions of the 5DB-CDN License.

Section 3: Legal Considerations
S3, R1 - Liability Disclaimer

No Warranty:
The system and all associated materials are provided "as is." Nexoradata Limited and its affiliates make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation, reliability, or accuracy of the system, including but not limited to the software, content, and associated media.

Limitation of Liability:
Under no circumstances will Nexoradata Limited be held liable for any damages arising from the use, misuse, or inability to use the system, including any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages.

Section 4: Terms of Termination
S4, R1 - License Termination

Breach of Terms:
If you fail to adhere to any of the terms specified within this license, the license may be terminated by Nexoradata Limited at their sole discretion. In the event of termination, all rights granted to you under this license will immediately cease, and you must stop using, redistributing, or modifying the system and any associated media.

Reinstatement:
In cases of termination, it is at the sole discretion of Nexoradata Limited whether to reinstate the license. Reinstatement may occur if you rectify any violations within a time frame as determined by Nexoradata Limited.

Jurisdiction:
