fix: Fix Quests Drawer UI display - MEED-9379 - Meeds-io/meeds#3452 (#1924)

Prior to this change, the Quests Drawer UI doesn't display, in expanded
mode, the locked Quests with a Mask. This change will fix it by defining
the `CardMask` Vue component in a commonly used library in all
Gamification JS Modules.
