[Notes] Cannot access a page from the Navigation tool in a page

### Problem Statement

Given a parent page (home)
When there are multiple pages added as subpages
Then I can access it thanks to the navigation tool in the page (ToC)

Problem: I cannot access the page unless a first subpage is open from a link or a treeview

- I can access subpages from the ToC added in a page
