[NOTES] navigation item can't redirect to intended note #4128

Problem Statement
having text in notes having navigation plugin make item not possible to be clicked
Bug
steps:
spaceX notes app has many subnotes
in home notes add text // navigation plugin & save
on spaceX notes home, click on any item in navigation
Actual:
Nothing happens
Expected:
the clicked item should display inteded notes
