- [add] Zapcockpit support (extended channel display) like in skindesigner:
        channellist, grouplist with separate group channel list, channel hints
        while entering a channel number and detailed EPG info (2nd 'Ok').
        Requires a VDR patched with the zapcockpit patch (USE_ZAPCOCKPIT in
        vdr/skins.h) and 'Zapcockpit: enabled' in the VDR miscellaneous setup.
        The lists slide in from the side of the pressed key (key 'left'
        opens its list at the right edge) and while a list is shown all
        other OSD elements (top bar, channel info) are hidden.
        The channellist items show the channel logo and three text lines:
        Remaining time, title of the running event and the following event.
        The lists use the full OSD height; too long texts are cut off and
        end with '...' like in skindesigner. The channel logos in the lists
        are drawn on the 'logo_background' image like in the channel info
        display at the bottom (alpha blended in software, so semi transparent
        images do not punch through to the live picture).
        Builds unchanged against an unpatched VDR.
        New setup options: 'Zapcockpit: Key right opens channellist',
        relative list width, relative list font size, list fade-in time and
        list shift-in time (ms, 0 = off) for animated showing of the lists.
