[BUG] Improve the Contact Us Page

Describe the bug
On the Contact Us page, the UI of the main container/div is kind of messed up , like the background color of the form , as well no placeholders in the input options , the background color of the whole (blue) goes upto the start of the page instead it should be like a cards.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Navbar'
2. Click on 'Contact Us'
3. Observe the main container of the contact us page.

Expected behavior

1. Currently, the page has blue color upto the top of the page, instead it look like the card.
2. The input option should have the background as the grey (currently it is black).
3. The placeholders are missing in the input of the form.

Additional context
This (Current Styling) is making the Contact Us Page ruin the UI as well as the user experience.
