Regression: all local settings set, regardless of whether or not they differ from the global settings #62

Description

@Jsfasdf250

In older versions of the program, when editing local settings, fields could be left blank to default to the global settings. Since the UI revamp however, most fields are required to be filled, so the settings overview tends to be cluttered with settings that match with the global settings. If the global settings are somehow altered, new local settings will reflect the new global settings.
