Add "ways to support"

Add some content that gives businesses ideas about how to support Ember: 

1. If more $$ than time or people, hire a contractor (list some contractors)
2. Sponsor development of a specific feature
3. Hiring an employee to work on Ember 
4. Allowing employees to spend a % of time working on Ember
