Cant click settings icon

I got to open the Google Assistant app on my iMac using Catalina OS, and followed all the authentication steps, but the settings icon is unclickable... I might have copy/pasted the client_secret_<******>.apps.googleusercontent.com.jason file in the wrong folder, as I can't locate the assistant-sdk/project folder ....where exactly should I put it?
