Unable to find device registration option when setting up Home Assistant

Hi! I'm following the steps described here; https://github.com/Melvin-Abraham/Google-Assistant-Unofficial-Desktop-Client/wiki/Setup-Authentication-for-Google-Assistant-Unofficial-Desktop-Client

At step 4, I do not see the option "Are you looking for device registration?" There is no scroll bar and no text under the "Need help? Learn more" line. How do I proceed?

Now, after your project is created, you will see the "onboarding" page. Just scroll to the bottom and click on the "click here" link right after the text "Are you looking for device registration?" to proceed to Device Registration
