Investigate: Offline Live Captions model not downloading on Android #1978
Description
Please look into this, test on multiple phones. We've had two reports of this happening (one from a user, one from Nicolo).
Unfortunately I have been unable to reproduce on either Android or iOS.
NOTE:
Ensure there's actually a bug here. The offline model extraction is extremely slow on Android, so make sure to wait up to 5 minutes for the model extraction to complete especially if testing on a non-flagship phone.
