🚀 Perf | Optimizing Resources (XML and folders)

• 1. Migrate standalone XML drawables into StateLists and ColorStateLists for multi-state elements (eg, buttons, toggles)
• 2. Streamline styles out of individual elements into standardized Styles and Themes
• 3. Create naming convention for all resource files (and document in Wiki or Readme).
  Example: [Activity].[AndroidUIElement].[XMLdrawableType].xml | Auton.Toast.ColorStateList.XML
• 4. Update filenames for resources to match new convention
• 5. Reorganize resources and add subfolders, if needed. (Could be by element type, activity, or something else. Consider against best practices.)
• 6. Optimize to match Figma Component Library where possible
