[Feature] Add a button to the dashboard to directly go to the mergify draft PR

Expected Behavior

Somewhere in on the mergify dashboard, probably in the batch currently processed, it would be nice to have a button/link that brings you directly to the mergify draft PR.

Actual Behavior

Currently I click on the PR processed by the merge queue, and from there I can go to the mergify PR linked. Having the button directly at the dashboard would save me this one hop.

Thanks for the feedback. Could you explain why you need access to the draft PR? Just trying to understand if there's a better solution to the root problem.

The root cause is actually with GitLab CI in this issue, specifically this comment. Having this button would save us a hop in case we have to manually start a CI pipeline.

Of course, you should not implement a solution that just solves our specific problem, but I wanted to bring this up just in case you see a more general value in there.
