Installing the VScode Extension and Removing it Broke the Preview in VScode

I origianally installed the VScode extension "Markdown Preview Mermaid Support" and I was able to see the entire mermaid chart. After installing this "Mermaid Preview" or "Mermaid Chart" extensions in VScode and removing them. It bork the built-in VScode preview.

Now all my mermaid charts inside the markdown are in a "container" and truncated.
