Stream chat responses from backend like openai

currently the responses are streamed as a block which gives the feeling of "ui being stuck" for some milliseconds. It is nice to stream the block as words for smoother openai like responses

the streaming looks smooth on local setup. most likely the cause is edge function which is currently disabled in api/chat/route.ts
