Consolidate Utxos #131
Description
dApp treasuries can get messy with thousands of fee utxos.
To solve this problem we need to create multiple txs each maxing out the tx size ~200 utxos and sending the amounts into one utxo per batch.
Then let the participants sign all txs at the same time in parallel.
Located in the new-transaction component, utilise the utxo selector.
