Upload rose_picker package to PyPI?

How about making rose_picker available on PyPI? rose_picker can easily be built into a no-arch Python wheel file, so it should be very straightforward to make it available on PyPI (and eventually on conda-forge). Any thoughts?

Nice to be able to `pip install rose_picker`.
