Git error

I'm suddenly getting the following error when running lfric_apps rose-stem from the "export symsys scripts" task:

Cloning into '/home/users/ian.boutle/cylc-run/vn2.1_emis_fix/run3/share/imported_github_scripts'...
fatal: unable to access 'https://github.com/MetOffice/SimSys_Scripts.git/': The requested URL returned error: 503
Unable to clone remote git repo into specified location.
Check git branch, git url, destination path, permissions and git access

Is something broken?

Seems to have resolved itself now, so maybe just a temporary glitch
