ADB 直接 pm grant 行不通
如果 APK 没声明 <uses-permission android.permission.FOREGROUND_SERVICE_SPECIAL_USE>，系统不会允许手动授予。先补 permission 再 pm grant 也可，但跟“打补丁”是一个量级的工作。

我应该选哪一种？

想要“能用就行” → 最快的办法是先降级到 2.11.5 或换回 Clash for Android。
想继续用最新版、又熟悉 APKTool → 给 2.11.8 打 manifest 补丁最经济。
想一劳永逸、手机刷了 Magisk 且对 /system 操作不陌生 → priv‑app 方式免去以后升级再签名，但风险也最高。

备份配置
无论降级还是重新签名，卸载都会清数据。/Android/data/com.github.metacubex.clash.meta/files/clash 目录下的 profiles、ui、config.yaml 记得先拷出来。
签名兼容
如果你用补丁并重签名，未来想直接覆盖安装官方 APK，需要把 key 保存好，或在更新时重新做一次补丁并用同一把 key 签。
