User-Agent in com.github.kr328.clash.service

I believe that the Clash for Windows UA should no longer be used in ProfileManager and ProfileProcessor.
Clash for Windows is outdated. When the panels send subscription-userinfo to Clash for Windows, they can also send it to all Clash.Meta.
Clash Verge uses its own User-Agent, while Clash Mi uses ClashMeta and mihomo as User-Agents, without causing any problems.
