DNS fake-ip-filter-mode rule

Hello.

It's great that you've moved to DNS rules on rule.
Please add most of the logic from the routing rules. Things like SRC-IP-CIDR and others would be really cool, and it would also be cool to build rules in DNS based on PROCESS-NAME.
In general, I'm asking you to expand the DNS rule. This would help solve many issues.
