Feature - Need Playbook/Shelf Edit Flow for Creators

Playbooks and shelves can be edited per the contracts and code, but we need to add to UI.

Will need to check permissions of users wallet.
Need to query the graph.
Need to resubmit and replace whatever has been edited.
