fix: typos in documentation files (#5114)

This pull request contains changes to improve clarity, correctness and
structure.

**Description correction:**
Corrected `exection` to `execution`
Corrected `hexidecimal` to `hexadecimal` x2
Corrected `emtpy` to `empty`
