[Bug]: Infinite loader on Firefox when "Always use private browsing mode" is enabled #35041

Describe the bug

When MetaMask is opened in a browser profile where "Always use private browsing mode" is enabled, we see an infinite loader. It is not possible to unlock or use the extension.

Expected behavior

No infinite loader

Steps to reproduce

In Firefox, navigate to Settings -> Privacy and Security -> History -> Firefox will, then select "Use custom settings for history" -> then check Always use private browsing mode

Then install MetaMask and open the popup.
