While having a pending tx, triggering a Permissions request and then rejecting All, leaves that pending forever, making it impossible to trigger any new Permissions request

Steps to reproduce

1. Start the permissions site
2. Go to the test dapp
3. Connect
4. Trigger a tx
5. Don't accept or reject
6. Now go to the Permissions site
7. Trigger a GRant Permissions
8. Now click Reject All
9. Try to trigger a new Grant PErmissions -- see that is not possible anymore, the request stayed pending forever in the wallet
