Describe the bug

When navigating to Asset Details, ... menu, View Asset in Explorer, the explorer link needs to be the blockexplorer specified in network details. Rather than the Explorer (Etherscan #asset-multichain linked to from the global menu.

Currently, View Asset in Explorer links to Etherscan regardless of the chain id for the asset. Appears that token details blockexplorer link takes GNS chain.

Expected behavior

View Asset in Explorer links to asset on block explorer specified in Network details for the asset chain ID.

1. Go to Homepage/Portfolio View
2. Select Asset on any chain other than Ethereum Mainnet
3. Select ... top right on Asset details view
4. Select View Asset in Explorer
5. See redirect to Etherscan
