Blabsy

• Add info text under QR:

Group Charter

Pictique (missing bugs)

• Group settings have vanished from the UI - we still need to be able to rename, add remove users, assign admin, etc.
• Search searches eName not username - When adding new users to a chat, selected users are not persistent in the UI it's case sensitive rn, would be fixed to be fuzzy
