It is possible to proceed to the next step without re-entering the PIN during new PIN creation.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to the "Create New PIN" screen
2. Enter a new valid PIN
3. Tap "Confirm" button on the Re-enter PIN screen

Expected result":

The ''Confirm'' button is disabled. The user cannot proceed to the next step

Actual result:

The user can proceed to the next step because the button is enabled.
