Animated GIF not working

here's my config.txt, the boot logo is empty.

Does it work with a BMP? If so, then your GIF file is probably invalid. It's converted to BMP during installation so if there is any errors, you should see them in the setup. Note that animated GIF cannot be used. (For any further input, attaching the gif file would be useful.)

Like I said, you cannot use animated GIF, you can only use one image (one frame), because the Windows boot loader will show only one BMP formatted image.
