Update loading image submit image whitelist

Now, whether this is because steam updated their image address links than what it was before (or this is a linux only issue), but something to consider; since it's just `steamusercontent.com` (from what I've analyzed) than the `steamuserimages-a.akamaihd.net` bit when inspecting the latest image that was added to the queue for curation.
