[Suggestion] Add a Notebot optional feature to automatically transcribe out of range notes #5722

Describe the feature
In noteblock studio, they have a feature to transcribe notes that arent within vanilla range to a note that works, but I dont want to change all of my files to be like that, as it can cause some of the files to be a bit werid sounding...
Additionally, some sort of speed multiplier would be cool, if its not already a thing?

This feature doesn't already exist in the client. (I have checked every module and their settings on the latest dev build)
