Image Processing

Image processing for avatars and future plans is not something we currently have. Considering using imgproxy since it should be easier to implement and should be easier to put into it's own Docker container.

Suggestions are welcome.

Forgot to update this, #164 is a work-in-progress implementation of this. It's been a while so I forget the status of it, but iirc it's functional, only missing some QoL things such as a proper queue for more complex operations.

It's also pretty messy considering my Kotlin skills are a little primitive at the moment.

Status update 2, I'm just going to rewrite it. I would prefer to use a native implementation than rely on an image proxy server to handle it for us. Sorry
