Picam (video/audio recorder & streamer)

Hello,
I would love to see Picam added to DietPi software: https://github.com/iizukanao/picam

I have already tested it with the latest Bookworm 64 lite on a Zero2W and it works but libx11-6 is needed, and of course, enabling the camera, installing alsa and libcamera-apps-lite
