SSH Setup: Add support for ecdsa keys

In order to use the same SSH key in the VS provided connection manager and this plugin

Extend the Setup SSH command to

• ask whether to create an RSA or an ECDSA key
• Update the RSA key generator to default to 4096 bit keylength
