Raise TypeError when upgrade ts-node version to 10.0.0

As I started the tutorial follow the official video tutorial, After all of the prerequisites done, I try to run yarn start , Then I faced this error:

And after I downgrade my ts-node version to 7.0.1, the project can run normally.

Any suggestion about this? thanks in advance

ts-node -exec ts-node command doesn't look good.

After I change the start command to nodemon -e ts-node src/index.ts, It works fine then, Seems like this problem is cause by my own mistake, and nodemon --exec ts-node src/index.ts works fine for me too.
