Command to insert code chunk

Hi Michel,

I just installed Ridian to replace Execute Code and it's been really nice so far, thanks! I have a proposal related to (#4): I prefer to not have the floating menu visible. Given that there is a command (and thus hotkey) to run chunks I only really use it to insert code chunks. Hence, I was wondering if it would be possible to add a command to the palette to insert code chunks.
