Ridian for Linux

Hi, I am a Linux user, and I would like to use your plugin because I work with academic data analysis and like the idea of centralizing notes, code, and everything related in Obsidian software. However, I am having an issue running R code because the plugin cannot find the executable file for R. I am new to Linux and Obsidian, so I may have made some mistakes.

Are you getting an error? If you hover over R code In obsidian, or type in a r chunk, are you getting autocomplete suggestions?

Hello @izzyreal18 i had this same issue, are you by any chance using a snap or flatpak version of Obsidian?, as it is a sandboxed environment it does not have acces to the R bin location, the solution i found is using the Obsidian AppImage + AppImageLauncher.
