Create GitHub Org for Literature Mapper #50
Description
Create an organization for Literature Mapper on GitHub to house the QGIS plugin repository and the (to-be-made) specification definition repository. Having an organization will also facilitate expansion into other closely related projects such as the tool we want to build that generates Leaflet webmap code from a Zotero collection with spatial information.
