Publish version 2.0

Changes:

• updated the npm packages to latest versions, removed the packages that do not work anymore, and updated the code accordingly
• added a new input option to support MP Rest client version 3.0, 2.0, and 1.4.1
• used the java command from xml.java.home in VSCode setting, env variable JDK_HOME, env variable JAVA_HOME, or in PATH (v0.1.2 assumed java command is available)
