"Unknown Error (16)" on fw-update command

We are hitting "firmware update: Unknown Error (16)" error on upgrading fw and config file.

Use following commands through a script.
switchtec fw-update ${SW_DEV} ${fw_file} -y > /dev/null
switchtec fw-update ${SW_DEV} ${cfg_file} -y > /dev/null

Any idea what is err 16 (EBUSY ?) trying to upgrade fw and config file ?

I guess it's a question to our AE team, as it highly depends on your setup (chips, fw version, sw version, etc).
