Update bing-grounding.md

The link https://www.microsoft.com/bing/apis/grounding-pricing doesn't work when clicked for example from the Netherlands, as it turns into https://www.microsoft.com/nl-nl/bing/apis/grounding-pricing which returns a 404 Not found.
